as the Muslim community begins fasting during the Holy month of Ramadan, it is anticipated
that the next commonly asked question will be “Where to break fast?”. Indeed, buka puasa

an extensive array of Ramadan Special sets. Starting from 23 May till 31 July 2016, Hei Sushi
will be serving a scrumptious Japanese Style Ramadan Menu every day from 6pm till 9.30pm.
“This Ramadan Menu consists of 3 set meals designed to suit the Ramadan and Raya
celebration with different group of friends and families. Thus, there are now even more
reasons for family members and loved ones to gather together over a delicious and
wholesome meal at Hei Sushi.” Jessica Tan, Assistant Marketing Manager of Hei Sushi shares.
For the Ramadan Set A, customers get to enjoy an appetiser, main course and a glass of
refreshing soda at the price as reasonable as RM19.90 only. Best of all, one can also take
their pick from sumptuous main courses such as Katsu Jyu, Tori Jyu, Tenzaru Inaniwa Udon
and Tori Inaniwa Udon. Katsu Jyu and Tori Jyu each comes with three choices of sauce -
Curry, Teriyaki or Spicy Peanut. These exquisite sauces promise to enhance the flavours of
the dish. Giving it an additional flavoursome edge. Of course, noodles are always a great
option as well. Customers can go for udon with either crispy prawns and assorted vegetables
or tastefully seasoned chicken cutlet.

For customers who crave for Japanese sushi & tempura, they can opt for the Ramadan Set B
which costs only RM25.90. On top of the appetiser, drink and main course selection,
customers will get an additional side dish which includes any one of the following – Spider
Maki, Otak-otak Harumaki, Sunshine Maki or Ebi Tempura. Well-loved for its flavoursome
crunch, Spider Maki stands out with its crispy soft shell crab and juicy snow crabstick while
Otak-Otak Harumaki delights with its tasty fish paste plus a tinge of spiciness. Sunshine Maki
is another all-time favourite of breaded prawn sushi rice roll layered with sweet mango and
flying fish roe, as well as Ebi Tempura, a classic Japanese dish of lightly battered fried prawn
served with dipping sauce.

the price of RM129.90, diners with group of 4 can enjoy the wide range of mouth-watering
main course selections which include Hei Tori Specialty, Tori (Chicken), Shake Kara with rice,
Ika Kara with rice and Kaisen Inaniwa Udon just to name a few. Both Hei Tori Specialty and
Tori (Chicken) are cooked with our chef's special spicy peanut sauce, giving the Japanese dish
a local kick. Seafood lovers will appreciate Shake Kara and Ika Kara. The former is grilled
salmon fillet while the latter is grilled squid, both accompanied by a tempting hot and spicy
sauce. Those who prefer a less intense sauce can go for Kaisen Inaniwa Udon comprising
assorted seafood dressed with teriyaki garlic sauce.
